As a founding partner in Targetbase, Nick has over 30 years’ experience in customer acquisition, development, retention, win-back strategies and data driven marketing. He has a well honed knack for predicting the ROI of a campaign based on his extensive experience developing and implementing channel marketing programs. Nick played a key role in delivering incentive programs such as IBM (Infinite Rewards), Lenovo (Partner Advantage), BlackBerry (A-List), Honeywell (Incentive) and VMware (Top Racer) programs.
His deep understanding of the IT channel marketplace provides strong leadership in delivering effective on-going campaigns for large multi-nationals.
Nick is the Managing Director of Targetbase Integrated who are incorporated in Singapore, Australia and Japan.
His passion for cycling has led him down many roads through APAC.
Sue has extensive experience in managing P&L lines of business for Global IT companies which included Sales, Technical, Marketing Operations and Channels. Her roles included Brand Executive for IBM’s Information Management and Analytics portfolio, Software Sales Executive to the A/NZ customer sector and Software Channel Executive for A/NZ and APAC.
She is also a certified Software Licence Consultant with IAITAM and advises clients on how to best optimise their software costs while meeting their business outcomes. She also helps customers work through the difficult process of software compliance reviews.
She is an avid collector of Japanese antiques and hand crafts. Sue is committed to helping endangered or abused animals through WWF, Humane Society International and Pets For the Homeless.
Bruce has 30+ years of experience working with IBM in IBM. During this time he managed the Software Estates of several large customers including Banks and other Enterprise clients in A/NZ across multiple software vendor platforms.
Bruce is highly experienced and has hands on experience with all aspects of managing IBM Software estates. His experience spans the installation, optimisation, discovery, integration of IBM SAM tools including the integration of those tools into ServiceNow. He has assisted many customers to understand their current Software licence deployment and has played a pivotal role in advising them on all aspects of deploying and maintaining a compliant environment for the use of their IBM software. Bruce also has significant experience in deploying and managing IBM Software Asset Management tools. His experience in the area of audit defence is second to none, working closely with inhouse legal Teams and external Legal organisations to assist customers to achieve the best possible outcome.
Bruce is an avid photographer and has travelled to many remote locations such as the Faroe Islands, Antartica and the Tasmanian Wilderness for photoshoots.
Amali heads up the Operations for Targetbase Integrated and Targetbase Insourcing for Australia and Singapore. She has over 25 years of diverse knowledge and Experience in Administration field having worked for Geneva based International Committee of the Red Cross(ICRC).
Her association with NGO’s enabled her to work closely in the field of humanitarian work within diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds which is her passion.
Amali is the focal point for both Targetbase operations in Singapore, Australia and Japan. Her vast experience, knowledge and technical skills together with strong work ethic ensures maximum efficiencies across Targetbase.
She loves to travel and has maintained a diary about her time on the road devoting a lot of time to the food, taking mouth-watering photos. She reckons they are simply the best stories to relate in her diaries.
Jeremy is a senior marketing professional with 20+ years experience in building effective marketing outcomes from the ground up.
He works closely with Clients to understand their business objectives and builds a cohesive marketing strategy to maximise those objectives. He helps clients through the entire cycle from developing a sustainable plan through to implementing and executing the campaigns, media and tactics to deliver success.
His client base includes construction, property development, hospitality, financial services IT and retail industries in the U.S.A., New Zealand and Australia. With extensive experience in media he has created over 300 television commercials for clients. He is an accredited Innermetrix coach, a Certified 1 Page marketing plan coach and a former federal president of the Advertising Institute of Australasia.
He has a passion for the U.S. stock market and is a seasoned derivatives trader.
Tehan provides MYOB and Zoho support for Targetbase. He has studied IT and has hands on experience working for IT manufacturers. He is also an avid gamer.

The gender pay gap is a measure of how we value the contribution of men and women in the workforce. The Workplace Gender Equality Agency which is a entity under the Australia Government has declared that Australia’s national gender pay gap is 12 per cent as of November 2023. We have zero tolerance for any pay gap in any form, whether it is gender or any other form of discrimination. Targetbase does regular analysis of our payroll to establish if there are any gaps in our remuneration. This analysis includes gender gaps as well as employees under the NDIS scheme.
