- a targeted ‘spot-check’ audit of our contracts to ensure we are not involved in any form of Modern Slavery by association.
Our Gender Equity Statement
The gender pay gap is a measure of how we value the contribution of men and women in the workforce. The Workplace Gender Equality Agency which is a entity under the Australia Government has declared that Australia’s national gender pay gap is 12 per cent as of November 2023. For every dollar on average men earned, women earned 88 cents. Workplace Gender Equality Agency On Gender Pay Gap
Targetbase focus is to find the best person for the job on every occasion. Some of our brightest stars are both male and female. We do not see the world from a gender perspective, rather we see the best minds and strive to support and cherish them.
We have zero tolerance for any pay gap in any form, whether it is gender or any other form of discrimination. We conduct regular reviews to identify any gaps in our remuneration. This includes gender gaps as well as employees under the NDIS scheme.
