Bribery and Corruption is illegal in all Australian jurisdictions and the other countries we operate in, and is a serious offence.

Targetbase is committed to minimising the risk of fraud and corruption through responsible governance, with the appropriate internal controls in place wherever it conducts business.

We recognise that the actions of everyone at Targetbase including our subcontractors, suppliers and other third parties has an impact on our financial performance and reputation. We seek relationships with parties that share the Company’s commitment to lawful business practice and ethical behaviour.
Underpinning our zero tolerance to any form of bribery and corruption, we enforce the following practices to ensure Targetbase does not engage in corrupt business practices.

  • Due Diligence is conducted on parties we do business with.
  • We undertake Legal assurance to establish that any proposed arrangement complies with all applicable laws
  • Our Governance Officer is responsible for ensuring there is no unmanaged conflict of interest, actual or perceived, that would make any engagement inappropriate
  • The provision of gifts or benefits to public officials, politicians or political parties, or relatives or associates of public officials, politicians or political parties is prohibited
  • All Gifts to non-government related entities are token in nature
  • The giving, receiving, offering or promising of a bribe, facilitation payment or secret commission are expressly prohibited

Our Modern Slavery Statement

Targetbase has implemented rigourous processes to ensure that we are not involved with any organisations or entities that participate in Modern Slavery.

  • confidential reporting of complaints through an independent and confidential process
  • a targeted ‘spot-check’ audit of our contracts to ensure we are not involved in any form of Modern Slavery by association.

Our Gender Equity Statement

The gender pay gap is a measure of how we value the contribution of men and women in the workforce. The Workplace Gender Equality Agency which is a entity under the Australia Government has declared that Australia’s national gender pay gap is 12 per cent as of November 2023.  For every dollar on average men earned, women earned 88 cents.  Workplace Gender Equality Agency On Gender Pay Gap

Targetbase focus is to find the best person for the job on every occasion. Some of our brightest stars are both male and female.

We do not see the world from a gender perspective, rather we see the best minds and strive to support and cherish them.

We have zero tolerance for any pay gap in any form, whether it is gender or any other form of discrimination. Targetbase does regular analysis of our payroll to establish if there are any gaps in our remuneration. This analysis includes gender gaps as well as employees under the NDIS scheme.

We also support the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) in Australia by employing individuals with disabilities who participate in NDIS.
